Playing for a cure. Fighting for the kids.
The St. Jude VGC Charity Tournament was founded on a simple belief: that the competitive Pokémon community is one of the most passionate, driven, and generous groups in gaming. Now in our 4th annual year, this event brings together top-tier trainers from around the world to compete at the highest level—not just for a trophy, but to support the life-saving mission of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
As a competitor and creator in the VGC space, I've seen firsthand how a single "read" or a strategic turn can change a game. But outside the game, there are families facing much tougher battles. I started this tournament to give our community a dedicated platform to turn our love for Pokémon into a force for good.
What started as a small community gathering has grown into a premiere charity event. By combining the intensity of a Regional-level tournament with the heart of a fundraiser, we've been able to raise thousands of dollars for children battling cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
When you register for this tournament, donate to a milestone, or even just tune into the stream, you are directly impacting the lives of families at St. Jude. Your contributions help ensure:
Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food. St. Jude believes all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
St. Jude freely shares its discoveries. Every time we hit a fundraising goal, we are helping fund the research that has pushed the childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to over 80%.
The work done at St. Jude in Memphis, TN, helps doctors and scientists worldwide save thousands more children.
Join the community and help us fight for the kids.
